Inspection Summary:
Melissa Joyner conducted an inspection of the Trinity Frozen Foods facility in response to the submittal fo an application for
No Exposure Certification. She initially met on April 13th, 2023 with Mr. Barry White, Plant Manager, Mr. Tripp Lancaster,
Technical Director and Mr. Greg Kanellis, P.E., Environmental Consultant to verify information on the application and make
site observations. She conducted a second inspection on May 5, 2023, and met with Mr. Barry White and Mr. Tripp
Lancaster to do a further site investigation in regards to a wastewater lagoon on the facility grounds. The wastewater lagoon
contained sweet potato and blueberry processing water which was not being discharged from the lagoon. There is a Pump &
Haul Permit for this lagoon issued by the Division of Water Resources. Vehicle maintenance has not been and will not be
occurring. Based on the observations made at the time of the inspections the facility is eligible for No Exposure Certification.
