Okay — you will need to fill out and submit a new eNO1. I recommend using the Notes section in Part D to explain.
Once our review team approves the application, we can notify Tev so he can apply the payment from before to the new
NOI.
When you receive the new COC, you must then submit a Notice of Termination (NOT) form for NCC231311 and provide
the new COC number. This will make the review straightforward for our NOT reviewer so the old permit can be
rescinded (and we'll link the records in our repository so it's clear what happened).

That information is taken straight from the original eNOI application for the COC. It looks like it was accidentally entered
incorrectly by the applicant. The reviewer just missed it too.

We cannot change what the applicant submits, so the options are:
(1) Leave it alone and refer to the COC permit file in the repository to explain the discrepancy if questions arise, or

(2) Reapply for a new COC to correct the mistake and rescind the old one. Since it's been identified within 60 days,
we can apply the original payment to a new application.
