Joel,
As I mentioned in my voicemail I would like to see detailed plans for the sections of trail that impact the lake including
the linear footage of these areas. I mentioned the avoidance and minimization discussion specifically for a boardwalk. I
noticed you did cover that in the PCN, thank you. Finally, I'm not sure wetland creation is something we need to
account for in the PCN unless part of the project purpose is wetland creation and you have specific plans to do so. If not,
it should be removed from the impact table in the PCN.
I can't move forward with a permit decision until I receive the additional plans for the trail and updated impacts tables.
