This is a distribution permit. The dryer was recently down due to mechanical issues. The dryer was restored to service on 4/28/2023. Due to the time needed to process the biosolids through the dryer, the permittee does not have a the ability to keep up with the demand for the Class "A" residual product. Synagro is employed to dispose of the extra class "B" biosolids that cannot be run through the dryer. Sampling Yes No NA NE Describe sampling: Sampling is performed at several points during the drying process. The temperature is controlled to maintain the organic compositions of the residual product so the residual can be used as beneficial reuse of biosolids. Is sampling adequate? ❑ ❑ ❑ Is sampling representative? 0 ❑ ❑ ❑ Comment: Due to the <1000 MPN/dry gram, measurement for Fecal Colifform bacteria, the sampling is considered to be representative.
