Inspection Summary:
This is an Annual Report(AR)review. A site visit was not conducted as part of the review process.
SAR and PAN values with populated formulas were present for all four quarters.
All of the PAN and SAR values are within the limits of the permit.
The several of the Chain of Custodys(C.O.C.) continue to not indicate a presevation method. It is important to show the
method of preservation on the C.O.C.'s. If the C.O.C. does not have a check box to indicate type of preservation used, a
noted can be made on the C.O.0 to indicate the preservation method used for the collected samples.
