Dear Mr. Wentz:
The Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) received and reviewed the 2022 Annual Report (AR) for
the above permit. The report indicates residual material was land applied on nine (9) program
permitted fields with a total land application area of 268.2 acres.
All analytical data appears to be present. The report indicates the program is in compliance
with the permit for the Class B residuals.
