Describe the existing conditions on the site and the general land use in the vicinity of the project at the time of this application: * The site is located just south of Hambright Road, and just east of Hwy 115 — Old Statesville Road, in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. The elevation is approximately 750-830 ft. The site is covered by disturbed mixed pine -hardwood forest and is adjacent to a railroad corridor to the west and an unnamed tributary to Cane Creek to the east. 4b.
