Section 404 and Coastal Wetlands Delineation
authorize Quible & Associates, P.C. (Quible) to apply for and receive a Jurisdictionai
Determination through the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). And, I authorize USACE
and NC Division of Coastal Management (NCDCM) to access the above referenced property
(including homesite locations) as necessary for the same purpose (confirmation of the location
of 404 and coastal wetlands). Additionally, if any USACE or NCDCM Permits are required, I
authorize Quible to act as agent on behalf of the Owners Association.
