I have revised the PCN form for the Highway 70 culvert extension. After reviewing the plans, I think it's
safe to say that this is linear project and not actullay a requirement for an adjacent development. DOT is
going to widen so that one of the middle lanes can be converted into a turn lane. I believe that it's just a
safety issue, due to the rapid growth in this area. Please replace the first page of the PCN with the
revised document i've attached. Let me know if you need anything else or require a hard copy.
