Kim Mg!ivm;
We are in receipt of the NOV-2021-DV-0144 issued to us and received on February 26, 2021. We had
two sewer overflows on November 12, 2020. We had received .5 inches of rainfall on November 11,
2020 and 3.5 inches on November 12, 2020. The Deep River exceeded the banks and flooded the main
pump station. We, the Town of Ramseur, consider these spills to be caused by a severe natural
condition, having a total of 4 inches of rainfall in 2 days and wish you to consider this not to be non -
enforceable.
Should you have any question, please do not hesitate to call.
Sincerely yours,
1
