*The site and equipment appeared to be very well maintained. The effluent was very clear during the
inspection.
*eDMR's for June 2022 and November were checked against lab result sheets. No discrepancies
were noted. Mr. Marion and his staff do a very good job with record keeping.
*The effluent flow meter was calibrated on June 9, 2022.
*The current permit became effective April 1, 2019, and will expire on October 31, 2019.
