This letter is in response to the Notice of Intent Case . NOV-2021-DV-0040 co ruing the spill that
occurred on Oct 201", 2020 at 1001 South Road, Guilfor e�Y Hin,. �?ir'd rth Carolina.
The above overflow was caused by grease that was found to be blocking the invert. Once the invert
was cleared the manhole level dropped. This line was then cleaned to prevent another spill. The
monitoring frequency has been increased to help prevent any future spills in this area. FOG
doorhangers were hung in the area to help with grease awareness. We haven't had any issues in this
area since the event.
