Hi Stacey,
I talked with Heath Slaughter yesterday concerning the tree removal and permit conditions. He visited the site and
conferred with staff about the road cut and the pipe inlets. Apparently they needed to cut-in a road along the slope to
safely remove the trees adjacent to the power lines. He has also instructed staff to install inlet protection.
I contacted Andy Williams with the Corps concerning the potential wetland permitting issues. We are scheduling a site
visit out there for next week with Heath to determine if any permit modifications need to be addressed and to review
erosion control measures.
Thanks for meeting me out there yesterday to explain your concerns. Please let me know if you have further questions
or concerns as the project moves forward.
