Dear Mr. Garnic:
A review of the October 2022 Non -Discharge Monitoring Report (NDMR) and Non -Discharge
Analysis Report (NDAR) and the November 2022 Ground Water Report (GW59) for the
facility revealed the deficiencies indicated below:
