I guess I am a little confused. The PCN I am referring to says 2015 Line 1 Class Location Replacement Project DWR# 15-
0100. 1 am looking for the electronic copy of the plans for this project. But the plans have a title of 2014 class location ? ??
Please advise.

The date on the cover sheet should be 4/13/2015 for the 2014 Class Location Replacement project.
