Good morning Zach, hope you are well. We are nearing completion of going through USFWS consultation for this
project. Otherwise, the Corps has agreed that this project qualifies for use of non -reporting NWP 58.
Wanted to make sure that the state didn't have any comments / questions with regard to the
courtesy notification. Please feel free to give me a call if you have any questions.

It is best to submit via the electronic options Colleen provided so that it will go through our workflow process to be
assigned a number and we will have record of it in our electronic files, etc. Make sure that if you are submitting as a
courtesy copy to check the appropriate box on the online form so that it will e labeled as such. Once it comes through
on our end, we will be able to review and ensure that it made it into our records.
