There were two grading permits issued for the Little Rock Crossing Project.
One is LDGP-2019-00062 associated with SDRF-2018-00110 which corresponds to NCG01 permit NCC190805. This LDGP
was for a resubmittal for a portion of the plans for
PCCO interpretation.
The second is LDGP-2019-00074 associated with SDRF-2018-00073 which corresponds to NCG01 permit NCC190806.
This LDGP was for grading on all 58 lots for the subdivision.
Both of the Land Development Grading Permits (LDGP's) have been closed in our records.
Please let me know if this is sufficient explanation.
