.Derri9 an existing Hardee's restaurant and construct a new Fifth Third Bank Branch. There will be a new drive connection
made between this parcel and the adjacent Wegman's parcel. The existing drive on the Fordham Blvd Service Road will be
closed. There will be new sidewalk constructed on the Fordham Blvd Service Road connecting the existing sidewalk to Old
Durham Road sidewalk. The impervious area is being reduced by approximately 10,601 sf with the redevelopment.
