Subject: LP ENVIRONMENTAL SIGNATORY AUTHORITY DELEGATION
To whom it may concern:
As established by Louisiana-Pacific Corporation Board of Directors resolutions dated
April 30,2015:
"RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Vice President,
Chief Financial Officer of Louisiana-Pacific Corporation ("LP") are each hereby
authorized to sign, on behalf of LP and its subsidiaries, environmental permit
applications and environmental reports to the extent required or permitted by
applicable federal, state and local environmental laws, regulations and agency
agreements."
"RESOLVED that the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Vice President,
Chief Financial Officer of LP may delegate the authority set forth herein to other
employees of LP and its subsidiaries to the extent permitted by applicable federal,
state and local environmental laws, regulations and agency agreements, provided
that such delegations of authority are set forth in writing and are in accordance with
the corporate Signatory Authority Policy, as such Policy may from time to time be
amended."
In accordance with these LP Board of Director resolutions, employees occupying the
following positions are hereby authorized to sign(for facilities indicated) on behalf of LP
and its subsidiaries, environmental permit applications and environmental reports
to the extent required or permitted by applicable federal, state and local
environmental laws, regulations and agency agreements:
• Executive Vice-Presidents (authorization for all facilities)
• Vice-President,with responsibility for Environmental,Health, and Safety(EHS)
(authorization for all facilities)
• Environmental,Health, and Safety Director (authorization for all facilities)
• Environmental Director (authorization for all facilities)
