Control Program
(1) Shut-off valves have been proposed for skimmer devices (sediment traps) and in outlet
structures (sediment basins)as an extra sediment control measure during site
cou4r, development. It is strongly recommended that an internal protocol be established for
o _ management of this proposed system to ensure proper functionality of sediment basins
�, and traps in accordance with dewatering requirements, and to avoid unnecessary
/h activation of emergency spillways. (2) It is understood proposed temporary sediment dikes
'y is46t' will be receiving runoff for a very short period of time, as the areas will be filled with
material from sediment basin excavation. This will be key in ensuring proper sediment
control in these areas. Coordinate with FOR if and as needed for guidance. Additional
SE&SC measures may be needed. (3)This approval is for placement of excess soil from
Village D. Updated plan set with proposed storm drainage system will need to be
submitted and approved prior to finalization of proposed grades or installation of
