A review has been conducted of the self -reported Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) 5-Day Report submitted by
Wake County Public School System. This review has shown the Wake County Public School System to be in
violation of the requirements found in the subject permit and/or North Carolina G.S. 143-215.1(a)(1). The
