This conveyance is made to give notice that the owner of the property shall maintain a non -discharge
permit with the State of North Carolina for the reclaimed. water generation and utilization system. This
property includes a reclaimed water generation system and non -conjunctive reclaimed water utilization
system (Perinit No. WQ0036557), the Permittec (Grantee hereunder) shall designate and employ a
North Carolina certified operator in responsible charge (ORC) to perfot-tn mainter►ance and fulfill
monitoring requirements on the system. The system is subject to inspection by Wake County and the
Division of Water Resources, and the Pernnittee shall be responsible for any permit violations [15A
NCAC 02T .0108(b)(2)]
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lot or parcel of land and all privileges and appurtenances
thereto belonging to the Grantee in fee simple,
