petrochemicals.The SIC code of 2869/32511"Petrochemical Manufacturing"and inspection
confirming day to day operations verify the site does not fit under General Permit NCGO80000:
Transit&Transportation with Vehicle Maintenance.
With this letter,your application is being returned to you.To properly secure adequate stormwater
permit coverage,your next permitting step is for you to apply for an Individual Industrial
Stormwater Permit This type of permit coverage can best be tailored to an industrial operation

information on the application for an Individual Industrial Stormwater Permit,guidance,and
related documents. Please respond to this correspondence by submitting an individual stormwater
