Inspection Summary:
No Sludge was added to the Monofill during 2022 for permit WQ0002378.
The methane sampling requirement for this permit was removed in 2021.
114 tons of material was removed from the monofill during the past year. The removed materail was sent to a landfill for
permamant disposal.
The excess Class B cake was sampled for TCLP analysis. No elevated constituents were noted in the TCLP results. The
excess Class B cake was sent to a landfill for permanant disposal.
Please advise the MRO regarding the performance of additional assessment activities for the onsite groundwater monitoring
wells.
