This submittal serves as the Pre -Filing Meeting Request for the subject project, located between Bond Park and High
House Road in Cary, Wake County, North Carolina. Three Oaks is working as a subconsultant to Exult Engineering, who is
being contracted by the Town of Cary. The proposed project will result in impacts to surface waters in the Neuse River
basin. A permit application for these impacts will be submitted in the near future.
