CWSNC retains the collection system and customers and transfers the bulk wastewater to Dallas for treatment. A gravity sewer extension and interconnection between our systems was permitted under WQ0037213 which is now complete. The College Park wastewater treatment plant has been off-line and has not been discharging effluent as of August 13,2014 when the wastewater starting flowing to the Town and our facility has now been decommissioned. Therefore,we hereby voluntarily and officially request that the NPDES permit be rescinded effective immediately.
