an UT to Little Johnson Creek in Granville County.

The Department is in receipt of your On Hold letter issued for
this project. Your agency has noted some concern about stream
stability at the proposed site. Please be advised that we are
continuing to investigate this matter and will provide additional
information in the near future. We formally request that your
office keep this permit application on file. This email
hopefully provides you with appropriate notification of our
intent per your On Hold letter.
