In response to your rescission request received on April 12, 2023, for the subject closed -loop
recycle system permit, staff from the Winston-Salem Regional Office have reviewed your request and
determined that the Division can rescind the subject permit. Accordingly, the Division has rescinded Permit
No. WQ0029190 effective immediately.
Please be advised that the Division has determined that the subject facility is deemed permitted
pursuant to 15A NCAC 02U .0113(a), therefore an individual non -discharge permit is not required.
