Subject: WQ0029190 - White's International Trucks - Mount Airy CLRS
Dear Mr. Hunt,
We have reviewed your application for the White's International Trucks — Mount Airy Closed -Loop
Recycle System, and have found that the system meets the requirements to be deemed permitted
pursuant to 15A NCAC 02U .0113(a)(15). This means that you no longer need to maintain an
individual permit and are permitted by regulation.

In lieu of renewing your current permit (WQ0029190), you can have your permit rescinded. This
would eliminate the need for you to continue paying the annual fees required by your current
permit.
Please respond to me by close of business on March 8, 2023 with your decision to request that your
permit be rescinded. I am happy to answer any questions you may have regarding this matter.
