I've also an updated grading plan that shows the proposed toe of slope (in red) for US 11ighway 13. The impact area betwec is 450sf. The amount of existing pavement that will be demolished within the buffer area between the two of slope and the buffer limits is 1,890sf. Please note, that any buffer permanent impacts beyond the fill slope of US 13 and the footprint of existing access road are considered a non - perpendicular crossing and considered "allowable with Mitigation" within the Table of Uses. in addition, the removal of previously existing impervious material is considered an "Exempt" activities within the Table of Uses.
