Inspection Summary:
The facility has nothing outside that would exclude them from the no exposure. There is some paper clippings with print that
has been escaping during the inside loading process that Mr. Barton Lakey indicated he is in the process of receiving the
ordered larger dock sills that will help, along with additional training of employees and contractors, eliminate that problem.
I recommend the approval of the no exposure
