No one answered the door that day so Mr. Boone could not perform the inspection. Additionally, Mr. Boone called the phone numbers we have on file for you on January 23, 2023, and was also unable to contact anyone. The numbers we currently have on file are 336-565-8788 and 919-471-6165. Please contact Mr. Boone as soon as possible to schedule a firm date to perform an inspection to ensure your wastewater treatment system is operating properly. Failure of the system can result in costly repairs, environmental damages, damages to your home, and health hazards in the home. Furthermore, please be aware that the Division may take enforcement action against any permittee who fails to comply with any requirement of their permit.
