RE: Reidsville - TP limit
Carla Sanderson; Susan Robson
Carla - This is a mistake. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I will ask Susan Robson
(by copy of this mail message) to prepare a permit modification letter.
Susan - We may want to let Compliance know of this mistake before the letter goes out since
it is showing up on QNCR. (This was another Charles Lowe job.)

Subject: Reidsville - TP limit
To: Dave Goodrich
I got a call from Mike Mickey about the TP limit for Reidsville. The permit has compliance
based on a monthly average of weekly samples. This isn't right, is it? Compliance should
be based on a quarterly average of weekly samples - as far as I know. He said Reidsville is
showing up on the QNCR for violating their TP limit. Is this a typo - or is their some reason
why we gave this facility a monthly average? Please let me know if this is correct of if we
need to change it in the permit.
Thanks!
