(Facility is out of compliance with which effluent limits?) SOC is needed because the WWTP is expanding to 26.0 MGD and can not meet their existing limits during the expansion. If out of compliance with Flow limit, is it due to inflow/infiltration? This facility is not out of compliance with Flow limit, but they are requesting additional flow allocation during the period of the SOC to "allow normal growth and development to proceed during the implementation of the treatment system expansion and upgrades." If I/I is a problem, then how much of the additional flow requested is III? III is a problem at the WWTP. During precipitation events, the daily average flow for the plant has, at times, exceeded the permitted limit by 3 to 4 MGD. B. SOC Request: 1.
