All those certain tracts or parcels of land lying and being situate in
Number Six Township, Craven County, North Carolina, and being
more particularly described as follows:
I . FIRST TRACT (6-218-035 (Portion)):
Being a portion of Weyerhaeuser Company's Craven 38
Tract and being a portion of the tract described as
"Parcel #3 Tract: S.E. Tilton" described on pages 7, 8 and 9
of Exhibit A of the Deed from International Paper
Company to Weyerhaeuser Company dated
January 4, 1984 and recorded in Book 1048, Page 1014 in
the office of the Register of Deeds of Craven County,
which description is incorporated herein by reference for
the description of the "Parcel #3 Tract: S.E. Tilton" tract.
The "Parcel #3 Tract: S.E. Tilton" tract also is described as
Tract I in the deed from International Paper Company
recorded in Book 1129, Page 429 in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Craven County. The portion of said
property hereby conveyed is that portion which lies
north of the centerline of the tracks of the Camp
Lejeune Railroad.

property a portion of the Weyerhaeuser Company's
Craven 38 tract and being the property depicted as
"Construction Debris Site — 4.56 Acres +1-" on a
map entitled "Survey for Weyerhaeuser

for a more perfect description of this saved and

This conveyance is made subject to easements of record or
on the ground, restrictive covenants of record, the
ownership interest, if any, of the Camp Lejeune Railroad in
its right of way, the right of way of Lake Road (NCSR
1756) and ad valorem taxes for the current year, which
