After reviewing the 401 for this site, DWQ has determined that the impacts for the interchange were
never authorized, nor was mitigation provided. Future impacts will require an appropriate permit
application. I hope this helps clarify the situation. please let us know if you require anything else.

Also, could you please continue to investigate if there is any rule prohibiting Wendell Falls
Development from building the interchange and let us know as soon as possible?
