This is due to recently increased industrial flow allocations. We understand that this changes our current permit from 10.0 MGD with a Color limit of 405 ADMI Units to 13.5 MGD with a Color limit of 300 ADMI Units. We've got this programmed into BIMS. I let Eden (Charles Van Zandt) know that they're good to go. Bill/Keyes- well, the interim flow/color limit didn't last too long!
