Sarah - the answer to your query is a bit complicated:
NCO066516 (Terrible Creek WWTP) has outfall coordinates of 35236'57" /
-78245'09" in BIMS. Those coordinates are probably wrong, and will be
changed after I send you this message.
The permit issued in 2003 has outfall coordinates of 35236149" /
-78243133" on the permit map.
But the fact sheet that was prepared with the 2003 permit lists
coordinates of 35236'50" /-78243'30"
However, the 2000 permit renewal lists outfall coordinates of
35236'50" /-78243,3011, which matches the 1998 staff report from the
Raleigh Regional Office. The staff reports are our most consistent
source of outfall location coordinates.
I'll change BIMS to show the outfall at 35236'50" /-78243'30".
If you or Bryn get any updated (GIS data, preferably) location
coordinates for the outfall, please let me know. I'll update BIMS.
