JSB Remarks: *Update*- eDMR reports have been created for 11-2022, 12-2022, and 1-2023 but data is insufficient and
not yet validated or submitted successfully. No eDMR data submitted since 05/2022. 1 spoke to ORC Jeff Isley on the phone
on 10/26/22 and he explained that the previous ORC left and they are unable to contact them. Jeff was unfamiliar with eDMR
and did not know how to log in or if he had access. They have submitted proper ORC designation forms and Jeff Isley has
submission privileges on eDMR. I sent him an email on 10/26/22 with information and links to resources about accessing and
using eDMR. I also informed him that the facility owner, Larry Ward, is responsible for managing eDMR user information. I
provided contact info for eDMR Registration and Data Entry personnel. I sent a follow-up email to Isley on 11/18/2022 and
received no response.
I contacted Town Manager Angel Jenkins on 01/05/2023 and inquired about this situation. She indicated that they do not know
how to access eDMR login credentials. She said they have been in contact with DEQ personnel and are awaiting further
assistance. She also said she would send me proof of seeking assistance from staff at CO, but I have not heard back from her.
There are ample resources online regarding eDMR access and I have provided this information to them. Staff from this facility
and the town have not been communicative and are not taking prompt steps to address this noncompliance.
