For NCC203615 Calabash Station, Mr. Vannoy is already listed as the legally responsible person. That
update request came in to us in 2021 (see attached). We can certainly add the other documents to
make sure the E&SC approval records are complete, but it looks like that responsible official designation
for the NCG01 Permit coverage was already taken care of.
For the other one, NCC204625 Calabash Palms, we will need a completed Legally Responsible change
form completed to make that change. I've also attached that. You can email a copy to me, and I'll
process the Mod request when we have that. We do appreciate the other supporting documents that
you already submitted.

I understand 2 files were provided with each COC modification submittal. One file being the modified
financial responsible/owner form listing a new owner manager, and the other being the update ESC
permit approving the new owner manager listed. The modification we had approved for each erosion
control permit was removing Kerry Avant as the signing manager for Calabash Station, LCC and Calabash
Townhomes, LLC and adding David Vannoy. I understand any changes to the erosion control permit
likewise need to be reflected in the certificate of coverage. Please advise if this clears things up or if
there are corrective actions necessary. Please feel free to call me directly at 910-409-8976 to discuss as
well.
