Mr. Boone met with Chad Harris and Jeremy Bowlin to conduct the inspection. Inspection findings are detailed in the attached Water Compliance Inspection Report. Mr. Boone noted no concerns, deficiencies, or violations during the inspection. Your efforts to comply with all requirements of the permit are greatly appreciated. Please be aware that the Division may take enforcement action against any permittee who fails to comply with any requirement of their permit.
