Mr. Leonard Stogner who as a former owner of Rayco Utilities, Inc. and Willowbrook Utilities, Inc. also requests this change and further acknowledges that all matters described and discussed herein are accurate also signs this letter. Mr. Stogner now works as an employee of AquaSource in a role where he is closely involved in the day to day operations but no longer serves in a capacity as a responsible party. He now reports directly to our Regional Manager, Glenn LaBrecque. We believe Mr. Stogner will provide valuable assistance in the position of industrial and construction manager. His knowledge of operations will be utilized in coordinating the efforts of our operators. We hope that your staff and particularly the regional staff will understand that it is optional whom they choose to contact. However, we would hope that they would continue to contact Mr. Stogner or others within the previous Rayco staff for the recurring and routine interactions that are a course of normal day to day operations such as to coordinate an inspection, discuss a minor matter, or direct questions.
