Report was submitted and indicated that connection to the City of Greensboro sewer system is the best alternative. This alternative is being pursued. Facility can not meet existing summer BOD5 and NH3-N limits. If existing limits are included -in renewed permit, facility may apply for an SOC. However, WSRO and applicant prefer implementing a compliance schedule for the summer limits to.takc affect approximately 9 months after issuance to allow time for construction of sewer line. Recommend renewal with existing limits but include compliance schedule allowing 10 BOD (summer) and 4 NH3-N (summer) until April 1, 1997 (allowing 10/4 for summer of 1996) and then requiring compliance with final summer limits.
