water marks, stream channels of of Cane Creek, and adjacent wetlands. Cane Creek is a tributary of the Dan River, a
Traditional Navigable Water.

Delineation, Projecf No. 17.BP.7.R.$2", received by e-mail on 3/4/2014, accurately depicts the jurisdictional waters of the US
within the subject study area.
