Good morning Mr. Weaver/ Mr. Hennessy
Hope this email finds you well..
Back last week we here at the City of Albemarle sent out a rescind letter about Discharge NPDES permit
NC0044024. We would like to withdrawal that letter and reup the permit but keep it as inactive. This decision
comes after our meeting with Mr. Scheller on 3/15/2023 to which his conversation and views were very much
welcome and provided us a better understanding of the permit and what would happen if it was not
renewed.
It is my understanding that Mr. Scheller was going to send an email about our meeting also.
With that being said I am having our consultant start on the applications and will have it sent to you shortly.
Mr. Weaver/Mr. Hennessy should I send an official letter out asking for extension on this particular
application? Or will this email from myself and Mr. Scheller be sufficient?
