Comment: The Corps, DOT staff and contractors reviewed Sites 12, 10, 9, 25, 26 and 6 culverts and fill areas. All
were built to plans. However, at Site 6 more work was needed at CWD and silt bag discharges to
protect the stream bank. Site 25 needed more rip rap around wing walls. Site 10 discharge area need to
be reshaped a little to match plans and to discourage opposite bank erosion from high flows.
