Following is the information requested to accompany our annual sludge report.
Facility - Rocky River WWTP (Location of onsite monofill)

Dry Metric Tons buried on site - No sludge was buried during 2022. All Class B belt press sludge was dewatered and placed in a lined land fill.
Our Methane sampling requirement was removed from our permit in February 2021 thus no methane sampling data is present with this report.
Our reclamation efforts were hampered again this year with several equipment failures and employee shortages resulting in less residuals removed
than precious years. We remain focused and are optimistic 2023 will yield better results. Residuals removed from the surface disposal unit— 114.0
tons or 54.3 dry metric tons (See attached hauling summary sheet). Residuals were placed in a lined land fill. We collected a TCLP sample of the
monofil reclamation material on 1-10-2022 and a copy of the laboratory results are included in this report.
Monitoring well data is not included in this report. All monitoring well data was incorporated into separate reports submitted in June 2022 and
December 2022.

Dear Whitney Munroe:
Waypoint Analytical, LLC (Charlotte) received sample(s) on 1 /1012022 for the analyses presented in the
following report.
The above referenced project has been analyzed per your instructions. The analyses were performed in
accordance with the applicable analytical method.
The analytical data has been validated using standard quality control measures performed as required by the
analytical method. Quality Assurance, method validations, instrumentation maintenance and calibration for all
parameters were performed in accordance with guidelines established by the USEPA (including 40 CFR 136
Method Update Rule May 2021) unless otherwise indicated.
Certain parameters (chlorine, pH, dissolved oxygen, sulfite...) are required to be analyzed within 15 minutes of
sampling. Usually, but not always, any field parameter analyzed at the laboratory is outside of this holding time.
Refer to sample analysis time for confirmation of holding time compliance.
The results are shown on the attached Report of Analysis(s). Results for solid matrices are reported on an as -
received basis unless otherwise indicated. This report shall not be reproduced except in full and relates only to
the samples included in this report.
