Attached is a copy of the inspection report which was prepared following an on -site inspection of
the above referenced project. This report is intended to provide you with information concerning the
status of the project as it relates to compliance with the Rowan County Soil Erosion & Sedimentation
Ordinance.
Please review this report carefully as it may contain corrective actions needed or comments which
will assist you in meeting the required performance standards of the Ordinance.
It is our desire that any and all possible problems be discussed and resolved at the earliest possible

10. Comments: Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. No additional
self -monitoring or self -inspections are required. Project is in compliance and released under the SPCA.
Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities
(NCGO1) must be requested by the permittee via a Notice of Termination (NOT). The NOT is available
at: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Fonns/NCGO1-Termination. Please note that this correspondence must be
uploaded as part of completing the NOT process.
