This Office is in receipt of your amended Discharging Monitoring Reports (DMR) for June 2010, in
response to the above referenced Notices of Violation (NOV). The NOV was issued for failure to
monitor total suspended solids twice at Outfall 001 during the month.
Based on the amended DMR this Office is rescinding the above referenced Notice of Violation. If you
