In response to the inspection report and Notices of Violation noted in the report, we would offer
the following items:
• The plant description -will be updated as requested upon the next permit renewal cycle.
• The sampler has been relocated per specifications noted in the report.
• Concerning the alarm and telemetry system referenced, an electrician, Donald Williams,
is expected to complete repair of both on 10/9/2020.
• The pipe from the EQ to the digester has been repaired.
• Concerning the repairs to the plant, Avery Machine and Welding is currently working on
replacing railings, grates, walkways, and attending to other areas of the plant that require
maintenance where there was visible rust. This work is ongoing but by our estimation, it
is over 50% complete and will. proceed without cessation until all of the aforementioned
have been addressed.
• A new blower has been purchased and is at the plant. We are awaiting the arrival of
pulleys, which have been ordered, in order to complete the installation of the blower.
• A new settleometer has been purchased and is in use. It is being stored in the blower
house of The Ponds.
• At the time of inspection, the pin was low. The ORC has since replaced the pin.
• A new generator has been placed at the plant and should be installed shortly, pending the
remaining electrical work which must be completed by a licensed electrician. We are on
the electrician's schedule and expect the work to be completed within the next few
weeks.
